WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT

Our goal when you visit our office for the first time is to show you why we are a totally unique dental practice. We pride ourselves in making every experience in our office an amazing experience and we will make every effort to ensure you are comfortable with your new dental home. This is why we consider your first appointment to be very important to both you, the patient, and our team, and we reserve specific time just for you.

POST-OPERATIVE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not spit. Use a tissue to wipe your mouth as needed, or swallow your saliva.

Do not use a drinking straw. Drink straight from the cup.

Do not smoke.

Keep fingers and tongue away from the surgical area.

Spitting, the use of a straw, smoking, and poking the surgical area can dislodge the blood clot that is forming and will cause bleeding from the area. Also, smoking can increase the chances of an infection.

DENTAL INSURANCE AND PAYMENTS

Paying for dental care should be as painless and stress-free as possible. Our policy is to accept payment at the time of service to avoid burdening patients with surprise bills and hidden costs. By providing pricing up front and a complimentary breakdown of insurance benefits before your visit, we provide our patients with better service and extra peace of mind.

We accept cash and major credit cards. Financing is available through Care Credit, Allegro, Proceed, and Compassionate Financing. We are in-network with most major dental PPO insurance plans including but not limited to:

✔ Aetna

✔ Anthem

✔ Careington

✔ Cigna

✔ Delta

✔ Guardian

✔ Metlife

✔ United Healthcare

Not sure if we take your insurance? Give us a call or email us with your insurance card information and we will conduct a complimentary check for you.
